The Wildcat Basketball Donation Program Details.

There are 2 ways to Donate to the Club:

1) Buying A House: You can participate if you are planning to purchase real estate now or in 
                                  the future. Simply use our Realtor, Roger Hall, to purchase your home, the 
                                  same way you would with any other Realtor. Upon successful closing and 
                                  funding of the transaction, Roger will contribute $1,000 to the Wildcats 
                                  Program. This donation will be made in Your Name or your Family's name, 
                                  and you will be recognized on this site and in the Wildcat newsletter. This is 
                                  fully Tax Deductible, AND not a penny out of your pocket!

2) Selling A House: You can participate if you are planning to Sell any real estate now or in the 
                                  future. Simply use our Realtor, Roger Hall, to buy your next home, the same
                                  way you would with any other Realtor. Normal listing agreement and 3%
                                  commission will be used. This will be a full service listing with web marketing,
                                  MLS listing, open house, etc... Upon successful closing and funding of the
                                  transaction, Roger will contribute $1,000 to the Wildcats Program. This
                                  donation will be made in Your Name or your family's name and you will be
                                  recognized on this site and in the Wildcat's newsletter. This is fully Tax
                                  Deductible, AND not a penny out of your pocket!
